In April 2014, our leadership team introduced our newly developed “Core Values” to our employees. These are guiding principles of how we want to operate concerning secure, legal document destruction. It outlines our commitment to our principles and our customers, defining who we are and how we got to where we are today in the responsible document shredding business. It is a constant and clear reminder to our employees of the expectations we have set for ourselves within our organization.
