Q: Where do I put my barcode on the box?

Q: Are boxes from other storage companies accepted here?

Infoshred is happy to accept boxes from other storage vendors, however it is important that a unique barcode is on each box. Infoshred’s customer service can help to determine if your boxes will need to be re-barcoded.

Q: What size and how many empty boxes can I order?

We provide bundles of 10, 1.2 cu. ft. boxes for sale (10"x12"x15").

Q: If my boxes have reached their retention deadline, what should I do?

Contact Infoshred Storage Customer Service to provide a listing of boxes ready to be destroyed, you will then receive a destruction authorization form. Once we receive the signed form, we will begin the destruction process.

Q: What should the date of my boxes' destruction be?

To find out the appropriate retention period for the information you are sending to off-site storage and/or destruction, please contact your legal department and/or your accountant.

Q: How long will it take for my box or file to be returned?

Your files or boxes will be delivered the following business day if you order by 3:00 pm, 50 items maximum.

Q: How soon will I get my storage bill?

Storage is charged on a monthly basis. The following month, you'll get an invoice for your past months' storage charge and services.
