As a retired psychologist, it was critically important that my clinical files were handled in a confidential manner and thoroughly shredded. The technician who came to our office arrived exactly when he said he would be there and worked diligently and efficiently until all of the files were shredded... We also appreciated the work of Jenna from the sales office. Jenna was very pleasant and responsive to my emails. Also, she was able to accommodate our schedule, which was very limited.... I highly recommend Infoshred, LLC for your shredding needs.

I have to share the great experience I had with Wes & Perris and Infoshred. I had a big move that required a very large amount of file removal. I was single handed until they arrived! They willingly and so kindly rolled up their sleeves and help remove the very last file. I'm sure I couldn't do it without them; we were quite a team!

We have an amazing individual who comes to our office name Dewey. He is exceptionally kind and meticulous about his job. He makes everyone feel comfortable and makes sure that everything that needs to go to shredding has been taken. I can honestly say that I look forward to his visits due to his kindness and infectious personality. Many people will come and go, but everyone in the office looks forward to seeing Dewey when he comes in. I hope that he ends up training many people to be as kind and compassionate as he. Thank you for being thorough at your job and kind in your demeanor Dewey!

The shredding staff were prompt, professional and courteous. Very helpful as I had several different places where my documents were located. The Town of West Hartford just had another successful shredding event with Infoshred! We have partnered with Infoshred for many years hosting events twice a year. Residents really look forward to it. Every event has gone smoothly even though we have a non-stop line of cars from stop to finish. The Infoshred drivers, who also manage the collection and tipping of the barrels of paper, have always been timely, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

In addition, Infoshred also supports our town in making our shred events an opportunity for collection for our food bank. I highly recommend working with Infoshred!

I am beyond happy with the service that I received from Infoshred!
From my initial phone call with Jenna, to the back and forth of answering my questions via customer service to the seamless pick up. I could not have asked for an easier process!!

The driver, Anthony, was amazing. He was personable, well-mannered and diligent. When I saw that he was by himself I mentioned that it must be hard having to lift and haul all the heavy boxes and his response really struck me – he said, with a smile – “I don’t mind. If you don’t work. You don’t eat.” That spoke to his character most definitely. We chatted as he worked and he told me he’s been with the company for 3 months and he enjoys that it’s busy, likes the work, it’s a female owned company and that the owner “is a very nice woman”.

Ms. Lombardi (owner), you should be very proud of the people who represent you, because if this is how they interact with customers everyday then you will have nothing but continued success!

Had a Groupon to get rid of lots of stored paper -- made an appt online (very easy to schedule!) Showed up early and still got helped right away. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes to drop off 300 pounds of shredding! Staff was professional and very nice!! Great experience (and good riddance to all of that dang paper!) Great place to go to shred any confidential information. I always recycle my bills and anything else that has my name and address on it. Groupon usually has a special for $25 for up to 10 boxes of confidential info. Due to covid-19 you have to call first to make an appointment to drop off any boxes. I will definitely be using them again!!!

We haven't worked with this company before and I have to say I was very impressed. They showed up on time with an outstanding crew. Kurt, Paul, Rich, Kharon and Jodi worked hard to get the job done quickly and with minimal interruption to our business. They were extremely respectful of our property and our people. I asked one of the workers if he enjoyed his job and he told me it was a terrific company to work for...that they treated their workers well. That said a lot to me. Infoshred is highly recommended.
